• Representing the City in litigation matters
• Protecting public health, safety, and welfare by effectively prosecuting misdemeanor-level crimes

In addition, the City Attorney prosecutes the criminal violation of:

• City Ordinances
• State misdemeanor statutes
• Gross misdemeanor statutes
